Survey Cad Technician:

Candidate will have basic experience using AutoCAD and have excellent communication skills and enjoy being part of a team.


  • Prepare ALTA/ACSM Land Surveys, Boundaries, Topographic, Utility As-built including “Plan & Profile” and other drawings.
  • Produce field worksheets for construction projects – architectural, civil and structural layout.
  • Perform project research.
    • Must have a working knowledge of CAD.
    • 2years experience is desired but not required.
    • Working with Carlson Survey is a plus.
    • LSIT a plus.


We seek someone that can work independently, is comfortable communicating with office staff, field personnel and clients as appropriate, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional work product.

Pay is based on experience.

Crew Chief:

Immediate position available for an experienced Survey Crew Chief.  Successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and enjoy being part of a team in a fast paced environment. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who enjoys challenging work working in a Team environment. To be considered, candidates must have the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience as a crew chief
  • 5+ years of commercial/residential construction layout is preferred
  • High School diploma or GED and 5 years experience as a Survey Crew Chief
  • Extensive Boundary/Cadastral Survey experience
  • Topographic Mapping Skills
  • Leica Survey equipment (Total Station and GPS)
  • Knowledge of field survey engineering methods and techniques and survey instruments.
  • Knowledge of construction plans and specifications.
  • Work in metro Atlanta and surrounding counties 
  • Precise field note keeping and documentation skills

Survey Crew Chief to run two-man and or three-man survey crew for surveying and construction projects. Supervisor of field survey crew engaged in various types of surveys including performing boundary traverses, topographic surveys and construction layout.  Ability to Run Leica total station and GPS equipment is a plus. 

Retirement and Insurance benefits offered.  Pay based on experience. (Approximately $20-24/hour)

Instrument Person:

We are currently seeking an instrument person.  The job candidate will work alongside the crew chief to develop the skills necessary to perform multiple types of field survey operations.  0-2 years experience preferred.   Pay will be based on experience.  We offer retirement benefits, partial insurance coverage and the opportunity to grow as a person and an employee.
